Daniel is studying management in Glasgow and was about to drive back with friends after visiting London. Originally from Hong Kong, Daniel says that “UK people are so nice here”. I asked Him (Daniel) if he was happy to go back to Hong Kong, and he affirmatively said that he was not – “because of political reasons”.

Daniel was born in 1997 so he managed to get a ‘British Overseas Passport’ which allows him to live and work in the UK. He says he would like to get a job here in the UK, but most of his friends are going back to Hong Kong. 20 April 2022.
