Luisa is currently working for the Jewellery designer Ben Day. Her look comprises of Alexander McQueen skirt and cravat, with a Vivienne Westwood shirt. The shoes are Miu Miu, stockings by Agent Provocateur, and the necklace is by Ben Day.  What I really liked about Luisa’s look was the totally original teaming-up of her individual style, and the cravat adding the finishing touch of class.
