When I met Cecily she was visiting her father, who is a gardener in competition at the Royal Chelsea Flower Show. Cecily also tells me she is currently studying fabric design and fashion at home, having previously studied Art and French. Cecily undoubtedly has a love of French culture and is wearing a pair of high-top Culottes which she made herself, along with some charity shop finds. 24 May 2022.
