Pavel Kazinets, a sax player from Paris via New Zealand, originally from Russia was busking on brick lane – while on holiday in the UK. Pavel told me, “I got here at about 12:PM (on Brick Lane) I was moved from under the bridge. but he (the enforcement officer) said this place was outside his jurisdiction, and I’ve never seen so many people passing through such a narrow alleyway and enjoying, which is great!
