“Annette is a picture of old Hollywood golden era glamour with a twist of 40’sesque nostalgia.”

I met Annette in Soho and she told me of Camden Council’s plans to close all the Burlesque clubs in the borough. That is why Tuesday, along with other Burlesque Dancers she will be chaining herself to Camden Town Hall in protest at the planned action by the council.

I particularly loved her 40’s look and the way that the blue fabric of her vintage dress rippled like an ocean in the breeze.
