Paris – Le Rubis
November 16th, 2013Le Rubis 10, rue Marché Saint-Honoré, is a wonderful earthy traditional bar and restaurant in the heart of affluent Paris and just around the corner from the ultra-hip fashionable Colette store on Rue Saint -Honoré. One of my personal favourites and one of the signature dishes of le Rubis, is sausage with lentils, which costs only 12 €, which probably wouldn’t get you a starter at the Colette café.
