London – Meet The Dockers
September 2nd, 2011Mission PR asked me to shoot the inaugural UK ‘Meet The Dockers’ campaign launch for Autumn/Winter 2011/12. The new Levis Dockers Alpha Khaki range, features style bloggers. The campaign is a complete departure from the previous Dockers photography and look-book images and I show the bloggers rocking the Alpha Khaki with touches from their own wardrobes, in a street style fashion…
London bloggers: Individualism (Aaron and Ruben Christian), Miggy Likes The Internet (Miggy) and Last Style of Defense (Dan Hasby-Oliver) came to the brand’s showroom on Charlotte Road in London’s EC2 to choose their looks and add their own personal touches. I then took the bloggers to a nearby location, using the local storefronts as backdrops. I also got the opportunity to use the Dockers bike for the photo session I did with Miggy. Dutch bike makers Johnny Loco joined forces with Dockers to create a cool retro cruiser, painted in the Dockers very own hazard orange and only 150 of these have been produced.
This campaign coincides with the launch of the first Dockers online store in the UK gb.dockers.com and Dockers first standalone Store, which can be found in a shipping container at the upcoming ‘Boxpark’ retail concept park, opening shortly in Shoreditch.

Cool preppy style. I love all these looks, especially the young lady’s pink shirt/mustard pants combination!

OH my gosh! I was looking the first few photos thinking “Gosh, where can I get myself a pair of these…” and it turns out it’s an ad campaign! Wow. Normally you can always tell that it’s not “real” street photography. But yours look authentic and super cool. Great work!
